I suffer from fat pad atrophy. Which means I have very little padding on the bottom of my feet. The bottom of my feet are basically just skin over bone. I have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars over the years buying just about every insole on the market and every brand of shoe on the market trying to find something that would give me relief. This product works by far the best for me and gives me more relief than any other product I have ever purchased. I have purchased the product in three different thickness's 1/8 in., 1/4 in., and 3/8 inch so I have a thickness that works in dress shoes, casual shoes and work boots. I cut out the insoles myself and it takes a week or two of wearing them to shape to my feet. It takes a long time for the material flatten out and they have to be replaced. I get six months to a year out of a pair of insoles from this material. A single sheet of the material will allow you to make several pairs of insoles probably seven or eight. If the bottom of your feet kill you when you walk I would highly recommend that you try this product.

this is good material but if it had an adhesive back that would be ideal.
